Thank you, Swiss Court for paying me compensation for an identify fraud

FCRO Subsection:
Nigel Morris-Cotterill

"Attention: Nigel Morris-Cotterill

This is an exclusive notification from the District Court of Basel-Stadt (Strafgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt).
We regret to inform you that your identity has been compromised in an identity theft scheme recently uncovered here in Switzerland."

I am soooooooooooo convinced.

The mail says (this is verbatim, including the way it is laid out)

"The offenders have been prosecuted,
tried and ordered restitution to victims involved willingly and
unwillingly. This means victims that had direct contact with the offenders
and those who are unaware of the incident prior to this
notification.

For more
information regarding the case and restitution pay outs due you, contact us
immediately.  Best
Regards,Andrianna
Scheuler

So, here's the thing: the "return" address is " no_reply@linkedineu.com" It's been transmitted through that most venerable of fraudsters' tools, yandex.net. The mail has a "from" address at basel-stadt.org - a domain that has been created in the USA and is held behind privacy settings. As is quite typical of scammers, the domain is new - registered on only 29 th March this year.

The registrar is PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com.
The mail purports to come from Andrianna Scheuler - a quick search across multiple search engines found no one of that name.

What is interesting, though, is that the addressee's name and e-mail address are correct - that is uncommon.
